Leading licensed home care agency is seeking full time Span/ Eng bi-lingual Patient Care Coordinator. Experience in home care coordination and scheduling preferred but all candidates must have strong customer service skills and be detail oriented. Requires periodic on-call work from home which additionally reimbursed beyond the annual base salary of 65,000 to 80,000 depending on experience.
