Pay: $16.50–$18 /hour depending on experience

About Us

Harlem Doggie Day Spa is a trusted neighborhood hub for pet care. We provide daycare, grooming, and boarding services in a clean, safe, and joyful environment. Our team is passionate about dogs and works hard to make sure every pup—and their humans—feel welcome.

Position 1: Front Desk Pawsitivity Coordinator

As our Front Desk Pawsitivity Coordinator, you’ll be the first face our pet parents see. You’ll help manage check-ins and check-outs, answer calls, handle bookings, and keep things running smoothly up front — all while sharing plenty of love with the dogs in our care.

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working in a busy environment with dogs around
• Strong communication and computer skills
• 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience required
• Experience with phone/POS systems is a plus
• Must love dogs and be comfortable helping with small tasks around the facility

Position 2: Pet Professional (Dog Handler)

As a Dog Handler, you’ll be hands-on with our pack — keeping the play area clean, safe, and full of good vibes. You’ll work directly with dogs of all sizes and temperaments, helping maintain structure and fun throughout the day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Comfortable handling multiple dogs at once
• Knowledge of basic dog body language and behavior
• 1–2 years of experience working with dogs required

(daycare, kennel, rescue, walking, vet tech, etc.)

• Responsible, patient, and energetic
• Comfortable with cleaning and physical work
• Additional daycare or kennel experience is a plus

Schedule

Full-time or part-time availability.
Must be flexible for weekends, holidays, and mornings .

Requirements

• Must be 18+
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
