Paralegal
Boutique law firm is hiring a Paralegal to join its Westchester County, New York office.

- A bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of litigation experience
- Civil defense experience, strongly preferred
- Microsoft Excel, TABS and Westlaw experience, a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft and prepare documents including discovery responses, motions, exhibits, deposition transcripts, subpoenas, etc.
- Request, review and summarize medical records
- Track case statuses
- eFile litigation documents on State and Federal Court websites
- Correspond with clients, vendors and opposing counsel
- Assist with additional administrative tasks, as needed
Additional informational:
- Salary: $65K - $85K commensurate with experience plus benefits including healthcare, PTO and 401K
- Full-time in office, Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
