Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement:

• Connect with prospective and existing customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Build rapport, identify needs, and establish trust.

Sales Execution:

• Present pest control services and treatment plans clearly and confidently.
• Provide accurate quotes and service agreements to residential customers.

Lead Management:

• Qualify and follow up on inbound and outbound leads from marketing efforts, referrals, and outreach.

Pipeline Development:

• Maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-up and relationship building.

Collaboration:

• Partner with operations and service teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service.

Goal Achievement:

• Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and KPIs.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Accurately document customer interactions, quotes, and contracts in the CRM system.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
