The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent multitasking abilities, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. We’re looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a positive attitude, integrity, and discretion. This role requires a polished individual who can represent our company with grace and professionalism at all times. As the Customer Service Specialist / Receptionist, you will play a key role in managing client relationships, acting as the initial point of contact and ambassador for our company. The successful candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to handle challenges efficiently. Job Requirements Responsibilities May Include, But Are Not Limited To- Answer incoming phone calls with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing assistance by answering questions, transferring
calls, or taking messages.
- Cordially greet showroom guests and direct them as needed.
- Providing pricing information and stock availability, preparing small quantity fabric and wallcovering quotes, and conducting
necessary follow-up communication.
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the showroom runs smoothly each day.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel). Experience with QuickBooks and a minimum of two years experience in a professional environment is required. Additionally, an interest in interior design products and an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree are preferred.
