Intake Supervisor
Location: Brooklyn, NY | Salary: $70K+
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Intake Supervisor to lead and oversee the intake function for our home care agency. This role is ideal for a high-performing supervisor who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is eager to grow into a Director-level leadership position .
Key Responsibilities for Intake Supervisor:
- Supervise day-to-day intake operations, including referrals, authorizations, scheduling coordination, and documentation
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of referrals from hospitals, physician offices, and community partners
- Serve as an escalation point for complex cases and payer issues
- Work closely with nursing, scheduling, HR, billing, and marketing teams
Qualifications for Intake Supervisor:
- Prior Home Care experience
- Prior intake experience
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
