Sales Associate - Staten Island Mall
Adore Me, a subsidiary of Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE: VSCO) since being acquired in December 2022, is seeking for a Sales Associate for their Staten Island Mall location.
Position Overview
As a Sales Associate , you are the heart of the Adore Me store experience. Your mission is to deliver exceptional service, support your team, and help every customer feel confident and empowered. Whether you’re recommending a new fit, guiding someone through their first bra fitting, or organizing a product display — your energy and attention to detail make all the difference.
This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, thrives in a team setting, and brings a positive, can-do attitude to every shift.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet every customer with warmth, energy, and professionalism
- Deliver personalized service through product recommendations and one-on-one attention
- Conduct bra fittings and ensure the try-on room experience is welcoming and supportive
- Build strong client relationships through clienteling, upselling, and follow-up
Sales support
- Drive sales by actively engaging with customers and reaching daily goals
- Maintain awareness of store promotions, loyalty programs, and product launches
- Communicate customer feedback to store leadership to improve experience and offering
- Support teammates in achieving sales targets and delivering results
Operations & Merchandising
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually aligned with brand standards
- Assist with restocking, folding, sizing, and replenishment
- Participate in product launches, floor sets, and promotional changes
- Follow all policies for safety, loss prevention, and store procedures
This role requires the ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs., as well as frequent bending, standing, walking, and movement throughout the sales floor.
