Pay Rate: $45–$57 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule & Shift

• Shift: Day Shift

• Schedule: Monday–Friday

• Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Total Hours: 42.5 hours per week

• Weekend Coverage: Required (as scheduled)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Inpatient Dietitian to deliver high-quality Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to a diverse inpatient population, including neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. This role emphasizes comprehensive nutritional assessment, intervention, monitoring, and interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient outcomes and support overall quality of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans

• Implement diet modifications, nutrition support therapies, and supplements as appropriate

• Monitor patient response and adjust interventions to meet clinical goals

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary healthcare teams

• Document nutrition care accurately within the medical record

• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)

• Licensed Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) in New York State

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian in a healthcare setting

• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills

• Availability for weekday shifts with scheduled weekend coverage

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of inpatient or critical care nutrition experience

• Certified Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC) credential

• Experience with enteral and parenteral nutrition support
