Sales Associate
Sales Associate The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and ensuring a seamless buying experience. Our Sales Associates start with a salary-based training plan before having the option to move to a commission-based pay plan. We have 5 day work weeks, we're closed on Sundays and new Sales Associates are paired with a Mentor for their first few months to help them train. Pay range for this position is $40,000 - $80,000 per year. At Romeo Auto Group, we strive to make every customer a customer for life.
