FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Greece, NY Hiring Physician Liaison

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is seeking a Full-Time Physician Liaison to join our team in Greece, NY. The Physician Liaison works closely with our clinical team to develop and manage physician/provider outreach, community partnerships, digital and traditional advertising, and other marketing initiatives. The Physician Liaison is critical for the success of our practice and acts as the face of FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Greece . The Liaison works to cultivate open, value-additive, relationships among our referring medical providers as well as our wider community of existing and potential clients.

Compensation & Benefits :

• $20 to $25 Hourly, Commensurate with Experience

Responsibilities:

• Leads initiatives to build volume and favorable provider perceptions among internal and external referral streams.
• Develops and implements specific outreach, relationship building and marketing plans to meet goals.
• Exhibits excellent time management skills, organization and communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Analyzes referral and leads data on a daily basis to help facilitate marketing campaigns.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM system to track and nurture provider, community, and client relationships.
• Develops strong business relationships with local community organizations and businesses.
• Works collaboratively with clinical and administrative staff to strengthen FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers' reputation.
• Establishes and maintains ongoing communications with referring providers and their office staff, including routine or follow-up visits, emails and phone calls.
• Identifies and develops new referral sources.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Communications, Business Administration or Healthcare preferred.
• Recent and direct experience working in a communications position within a sales or marketing environment may be substituted in lieu of education and/or experience requirements.
• Valid Driver’s License as daily driving is a job requirement.
• Willing to travel within an assigned territory.
• Must provide own vehicle, however mileage reimbursement will be covered.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Fluent in computer programs.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
