Job Title: AI Solutions Lead/ Architect with Spanish fluency

Location: Remote or New York - 560 Lexington (travel involved)

Duration: Long-term (24+ months)

Client Note : Solutions architect with experience building GenAI chatbots, AWS solutions, Azure experience, and experience with financial services clients. Travel will be 1-3 times a quarter up to Boston. Prefer east coast candidates.

Spanish fluency is required

Job Description:

• Collaborate with clients, business analysts, and development teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop end-to-end architecture for complex software systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Evaluate and select appropriate technologies, frameworks, and tools to meet project requirements.
• Create architectural blueprints, diagrams, and documentation to communicate the solution design to stakeholders.
• Assist development teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct regular code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to architectural standards.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role, with a strong background in software development.
• Deep knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and microservices architecture.
