Front Desk Secretary/EEG Tech
Job Title: Front Desk Secretary/EEG Tech (Bilingual – English/Spanish).
Location: Multiple Clinic Locations Across NYC (Bronx, Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island, Staten Island).
Seeking a reliable Front Desk Secretary to oversee patient flow and front office operations across our multiple clinic sites. If you're organized, fluent in both English and Spanish, and ready to take on a high-responsibility role with long-term growth potential, this could be the position for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient scheduling.
- Working with speed and professionalism.
- Handle disability paperwork, post-visit communications, and care coordination.
- Answer patient questions about medications, forms, and procedures.
- Conduct insurance checks and verify eligibility.
- Ensure billing workflows are followed and issues are escalated as needed.
- Communicate closely with clinical and administrative staff to support patient care.
- Connecting and Managing EEG bedside recordings in clinic.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Able to travel daily between clinic locations throughout New York.
- Highly organized, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with EMRs (Tebra preferred) and insurance verification a plus.
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-Time, Monday to Saturday.
- 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- No Benefits Offered.
- No Remote Option.
- Pay is per day worked, W-2.
- Must be authorized to Work in the US and New York State.
