Summer Camp Licensed Practical Nurse
We are seeking for a Summer Camp Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a beautiful children’s camp near Hopewell Junction!This is a full time, temporary position, with all shifts available. Pay rate is $35 per hour.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) General Requirements:
»Current NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License
»NYS Driver’s License
»EMR practice is required
»Pediatrics practice a plus
What you'll do as the Summer Camp Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
»Working in an outside environment, superviseing approximately 50 students ages 12-18, including:
»Observe and treat children – report any obvious or subtle changes in health
»Act as a liaison to all staff, patients, and families regarding all medical care provided
»Provide staff with epi-pen, allergy training to ensure needs are met for children with significant health care concerns
»Ensure nursing supplies, emergency kits, AEDs and other medical resources are adequately stocked/working
