Senior Product Manager

Audicus is an innovative health-tech company. We are changing the hearing aid industry with a leading tele-health solution that streamlines the hearing care experience from user testing to product delivery - both for consumers and providers. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our team and drive a collaborative product development process. This role requires a strong mix of business acumen ( why & when ), technical expertise ( what & how ), and communication skills. This role will work closely with the Head of Product to build products that support our business goals and increase the velocity of our team.

You’ll be working with stakeholders across several verticals (DTC, Retail, B2B), engineers (mobile, front-end, backend), and surfaces (iOS, eCommerce/web, Salesforce).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with stakeholders (marketing, sales, customer experience, operations) to review product requests and conduct detailed product discovery


• Document business requirements & technical requirements and collaborate with Engineering & Design to create feasible development & rollout plans


• Work with Head of Product & CTO to resource and execute your roadmap


• Measure product performance and make recommendations for future optimizations


• Unblock the team & escalate if necessary, become an expert in your domain, and document what you’ve learned


• Support the Head of Product & CTO on strategic initiatives and ad hoc projects

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 5-7 years of Product Management experience with eCommerce or health-tech related products


• Ability to balance, prioritize, and execute multiple “important” projects with limited oversight.


• Demonstrated experience in E2E ownership: conceptualizing, developing, bringing a product to market, and iterating on it.


• Bias for action! If you don’t know something, research it & ask someone. Need data to make a decision? Don’t wait, run that query / curl that API yourself.


• Ability to learn new technologies, processes, and systems quickly, and to make recommendations that will support our business goals.


• Familiarity with large, scalable back-end systems, databases, and CRM.


• Previous development & debugging experience across web & mobile.


• Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, React-Native, visual diagramming tools, and REST APIs

Salary Range:

$130k-170k - commensurate with experience/location
