I am a new owner of a restaurant and need some extra help. Very causal work environment. I personally have over 15yrs of hospitality experience but can always learn more from those around me. I am very hands on with the restaurant and taking care of my staff is a priority and I am looking for someone that can grow with me.

Responsibilities:

Kitchen: Provide essential hands-on support to the kitchen team by working on the line during peak service hours, directly contributing to food preparation and execution. Maintain a strong understanding of kitchen operations and ensure efficient workflow. Ideally the ideal candidate could work 2 shifts on the line and manage FoH the other shifts.

Front-of-House Support: Manage front-of-house operations, including guest service, seating arrangements, and the reservation system, ensuring a seamless and positive guest experience.

Guest Satisfaction & Issue Resolution: Proactively engage with guests to ensure their needs are met and promptly and professionally address any concerns or issues that may arise.

Staff Support & Training Assistance: Assist in the training and supervision of front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts, contributing to their development and ensuring high service standards.

Positive Environment Cultivation: Help create and maintain a welcoming and positive atmosphere for both guests and the entire restaurant team.

Policy & Procedure Adherence: Support the implementation and consistent application of restaurant policies and operational procedures.

Communication with Management: Communicate effectively with owners and upper management regarding restaurant performance, operational needs, and any challenges encountered.

Compensation & Benefits:
-Annual salary of $65,000 for approximately 40 hours per week.
-Opportunity for a monthly bonus based on sales revenue, potentially increasing total annual income to $80,000.
-Eligibility for 2 weeks of paid vacation after 1 year of employment.
-Potential for future participation in ownership.
- If you are willing to learn how to bartend or have experience on the bar, I could open up two bar shifts for additional income potential.
