About the Role
We’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help build and scale our core platform. You’ll work across the stack—from designing user-facing features to building backend services and APIs that power our applications.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership, where you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, impactful solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Build and ship end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
- Develop scalable web applications using React and Next.js
- Design and implement APIs and backend services using Node.js and Python
- Collaborate with product and design to create intuitive user experiences
- Work with data and infrastructure teams to integrate analytics and backend systems
- Contribute to architectural decisions and help shape the technical direction
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Participate in code reviews and continuously improve engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 4–8 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong experience with React and modern frontend development
- Experience building backend services with Node.js and/or Python
- Familiarity with Next.js or similar frameworks
- Experience designing and working with RESTful APIs
- Solid understanding of databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
- Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Nice to Have
- Experience in health tech, fintech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with data pipelines or analytics tools
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and modern DevOps practices
- Exposure to HIPAA or healthcare data standards
