Job Overview
We are seeking a meticulous and insightful Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about data and its ability to drive business decisions. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing complex datasets to derive actionable insights that will influence strategy across our core operations, from agricultural production to global logistics. You will work closely with various departments to help them understand data, identify trends, and make better-informed decisions.

Responsibilities
* Collect and interpret data from diverse sources, including production metrics, supply chain logs, and market trends.
* Analyse results using statistical techniques and provide clear, comprehensive reports and dashboards.
* Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies that optimise statistical efficiency and quality.
* Identify, analyse, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide valuable business insights.
* Create compelling data visualisations and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Collaborate with management and departmental heads to prioritise business and information needs.
* Contribute to the optimisation of logistics, marketing, and distribution processes through data-driven recommendations.

Qualifications
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
* Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
* Excellent knowledge of statistical packages (e.g., Excel) and/or programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
* A degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
* Superb communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
* Experience within the agriculture, food production, or supply chain industry is highly desirable.
