Floor Manager
FLOOR MANAGER
Zoi Mediterranean | Upper East Side & NoMad
Zoi Mediterranean is seeking an experienced and service-driven Floor Manager to oversee daily operations at our Upper East Side and NoMad locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise daily front-of-house operations
• Ensure exceptional guest experience and service standards
• Lead, motivate, and support the service team
• Handle guest relations and resolve concerns professionally
• Maintain smooth communication between the front and back of house
• Assist management with operational and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Floor Manager or in a restaurant management position preferred
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to perform efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a hands-on approach to hospitality
Compensation:
Salary will be determined during the interview process and will be based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
