Facilities Overview
The healthcare system includes three community hospitals and multiple outpatient clinics providing primary and specialty care across the region:
Community Hospital A: A 94-bed, not-for-profit facility offering emergency medicine, acute and critical care, hospitalist services, and a Level III Trauma Center equipped to manage complex trauma cases in adults.
Community Hospital B: A 25-bed critical access hospital delivering emergency services, diagnostic imaging, laboratory testing, physical rehabilitation, and respiratory therapy. It also hosts comprehensive substance abuse treatment programs including medication-assisted therapy and behavioral health services.
Community Hospital C: A 25-bed acute care hospital providing inpatient medical, surgical, and detoxification services alongside emergency care. This facility also offers cardiac rehabilitation, nutritional counseling, respiratory care, and various therapy services. Regional outreach centers provide specialties such as cardiology, infusion therapy, nephrology, neurology, women’s health, pediatrics, and primary care.
Cardiology Services
The cardiology team delivers a full spectrum of diagnostic and treatment services for a variety of cardiovascular conditions, including but not limited to:
Angina
Arrhythmias
Cardiomyopathy
Adult congenital heart disease
Preventive cardiology
Valvular heart disease
For cases requiring advanced interventions, the network collaborates seamlessly with affiliated tertiary care centers to ensure patients receive the highest level of care available.
The Opportunity
This health system is seeking full-time Cardiology Advanced Practice Providers to join its growing cardiac care team. The primary practice location is based in one of the regional hospitals with opportunities to provide outreach services at affiliated facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outpatient cardiology services including physical exams, patient histories, symptom assessment, ordering and interpretation of diagnostic tests.
Collaborate closely with cardiologists to develop and adjust individualized treatment plans.
Work within a standard Monday to Friday clinic schedule, generally from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Competitive salary aligned with MGMA benchmarks
Signing bonus of $5,000
Relocation assistance up to $7,500
Licensing and professional dues reimbursement up to $1,000
