Job Summary

We are looking for individual to join our client’s team as Recruiter. You’ll review resumes, screen candidates, update applicant tracking systems, and help organize virtual recruitment events. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description

• Review resumes and conducts screening of candidates.
• Track candidate status and update applicant tracking systems.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with general recruitment related administrative task
• Organizes and hosts virtual recruitment fairs and events

Skills Required

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience; healthcare, public health, or government recruiting preferred.
• Experience in using applicant tracking systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Taleo, Workday, etc.).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Education/Training/Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree required

Additional Requirements

• Shift Time: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate

• $52.00 per hour
