About the Role
We're looking for a dynamic Operations Lead to join our fast-paced and growing team in a unique "player-coach" capacity. This role combines significant individual contributor responsibilities with leadership of our customer success and content operations teams. You'll be someone who thrives on leveraging AI to accelerate workflows, is passionate about our mission, and is ready to be available for our customers and team around the clock. This position is central to scaling our operations as Quinn grows rapidly.

Responsibilities

• Drive critical operational initiatives while managing our customer success and content operations teams.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate team workflows and customer outcomes.
• Design scalable processes, playbooks, and systems as we grow rapidly.
• Partner across product, engineering, and sales to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Analyze metrics and feedback to continuously optimize operations.
• Be available 24/7 for critical customer and team needs.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of operations experience in high-growth startups.
• Strong IC contributor with management experience—thrives most in hands-on execution.
• Strong experience using AI tools to accelerate personal and team productivity.
• Advanced skills with spreadsheets, project management tools, and operational systems.
• Owner mentality and entrepreneurial mindset with passion for working hard and doing great work.
• Bonus: B2B SaaS or learning/training industry experience.
