Key Responsibilities

- Operate a forklift safely to move materials, products, and shipments throughout the warehouse.
- Support shipping and receiving activities, including loading, unloading, and verifying incoming and outgoing materials.
- Pick, pack, package, and label orders accurately for customer and carrier shipment.
- Prepare shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping processes and related documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse work area.
- Follow company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Background screening and drug screening are required.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Operate forklift equipment safely in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Support shipping, receiving, picking, packing, packaging, and labeling functions.
- Prepare UPS and FedEx shipments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate handling of products, materials, and shipping documentation.

- Forklift certification required, or forklift experience with the ability to become certified.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Experience with UPS and FedEx shipping operations required.
- Less than 1 year of experience may be considered for candidates with the right skills and reliability.
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as part of daily warehouse operations.
- Strong attention to detail, dependability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented manufacturing and logistics environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or manufacturing experience.
- Familiarity with order picking, packing, labeling, and inventory accuracy.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced logistics or distribution setting.
