Job Description
- Advise clients on antitrust and competition laws, regulations, and compliance strategies.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support complex litigation and regulatory matters.
- Assist in preparing legal documents, including motions, briefs, and memoranda.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address antitrust and competition issues.
- Represent clients in antitrust investigations and litigation proceedings.
- Provide strategic guidance on mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
- Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments in antitrust and competition law.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and legal support.
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- A Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership.
- Strong knowledge of antitrust and competition laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Experience in litigation, regulatory matters, or corporate transactions is preferred.
