As a crucial member of our service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing issues and performing repairs to keep our customers on the road in style and comfort. With a focus on delivering top-notch customer service, you will ensure that each vehicle is serviced to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently diagnose and repair a range of complex mechanical issues in Mercedes vehicles.
• Perform work on the repair order with precision, adhering to Rallye Mercedes and manufacturer standards.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any additional repairs needed and communicating with service advisors.
• Collaborate with the Parts Department to procure necessary parts.
• Document all services performed clearly and accurately.
• Take vehicles for road tests when required to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.

$30 to $50 hourly plus aggressive Step Bonus Program

Requirements

• A valid New York State Driver’s License.
• NYS Inspector's License is required.
• Prior experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes vehicles.
• Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity.
• Proficiency with shop equipment, including diagnostic tools and alignment systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical information and repair orders.
