• Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom, providing an outstanding customer experience;
• Conduct engaging product presentations tailored to client needs;
• Collaborate with the sales team to support clients already in the decision-making process;
• Address client inquiries professionally and knowledgeably, offering detailed product insights;
• Assist clients with quotes and provide guidance on next steps in the sales process;
• Maintain and organize the showroom to ensure a professional appearance;
• Input client information and track interactions in our CRM system (HubSpot);
• Stay up-to-date on Crystalia Glass products and industry trends;

Requirements

• Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role or client communication is required;
• Communication: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients;
• Sales Support: Strong ability to present products and assist with closing deals;
• Tech Savvy: Proficient with CRM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus);
• Professionalism: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
