Sales Specialist
Position Duties: Drive the adoption of digital products across the AMER region, positioning solutions to clients, maximizing revenue, and supporting their digital transformation goals. Develop a deep understanding of client businesses, workflows, and digital transformation needs to identify opportunities for product adoption and growth. Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives and senior management. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, helping them leverage digital products to achieve their business objectives. Advocate for Digital Strategy internally, ensuring alignment across departments and raising awareness of strategic initiatives. Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to support direct needs and the deployment of new product features. Ensure clients are fully utilizing digital solutions, identify expansion opportunities, and manage client risk. Provide qualified leads to the sales team and collaborate closely with them to drive growth. Monitor digital product utilization, proactively addressing any issues to prevent churn and maintain high client satisfaction. Job Requirements: Position requires a Bachelors degree or the foreign equivalent in Business, Economics, or related and 2 years of experience in selling within the financial markets, in the job offered, or as a Sales Specialist, Account Manager, or related. Must have 1 year of experience in each of the following skills: Digital transformation and automation; Consultative sales; Competitive lead generation, prospecting, business development, and closing sales; Managing multiple complex client engagements concurrently; Building and maintaining client relationships both externally and internally; Selling solutions in the ML/NLP and API space; and Reporting.
