- Serve as a liaison between technicians and customers
- Accurately obtain and record vehicle and customer information
- Communicate symptoms clearly as described by the customer
- Recommend maintenance based on vehicle age, mileage, and history
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for parts and labor
- Set clear follow-up expectations via phone, text, or email
- Monitor work progress throughout the day and keep customers informed
- Ensure final invoices match completed work
- Review repairs and charges with customers at pick-up
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer satisfaction
- 3-5 years of experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in a high-line dealership
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy, friendly personality, and a team player attitude
- Technologically adept — ADP and tablet experience is a plus
- Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
- A desire to build a long-term career with a growing organization
