Licensed Mental Health Therapist - Remote

Your Responsibilities
Provide individual psychotherapy via telemedicine to frontline medical responders.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with professional standards.
Collaborate with a diverse team and participate in ongoing professional development.
What We're Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
Active LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, or PhD license in the state of New York.
At least two years of clinical experience working with individuals.
Experience providing therapy to healthcare professionals, first responders, or high-stress populations.
Passion for learning, collaboration, and contributing to a supportive team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal skills and sensitivity to diverse communication styles.
Experience with telehealth platforms and online video-based therapy.
Training in evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, ACT, or IPT.
Familiarity with using clinical assessment tools (e.g., PHQ-9) to monitor progress.
