We offer a unique mix of low-stress house-call appointments and a beautiful new surgical and dental center, so you can shape your role around what you enjoy most — house calls, surgery/dentistry, or a little of both.

• We see house calls, which means a lower daily caseload (think ~6 patients/day), more time with each client, and the chance to actually enjoy your workday — sunshine, seasons, and all

• We’re a team of 7 veterinarians and nearly 30 staff members who genuinely enjoy collaborating. You’ll always have support, and experienced technicians or assistants accompany you on appointments.
• Love surgery? Great. Prefer not to? Also great. Our brand-new surgical suite and dental center give you options — but no pressure. Our goal is to keep you doing what you love and protect you from burnout.
• No nights. No weekends. No on-call. And yes — truly flexible time off. We don’t just say we support boundaries, we actively help you protect them.

Position Details:

• Full-time or Part-time
• Salary: $80,000 – $150,000 per year
