We are looking for a Senior Product Manager M/L & AI

Target total compensation ranges from $325,000 - $375,000, including a fixed annual salary of $225,000 - $250,000, an employee equity plan grant, and world-class benefits. 

Equity grants are issued in good faith and are subject to company policies, board approval, and individual eligibility.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Senior Product Manager, you will define and lead the vision and strategy for CDP intelligent features, including analytics, agentic and M/L features. You will manage the full product lifecycle including product design, resource planning and GTM needs. You will coordinate efforts with executives and other product leaders across the entire Rokt portfolio. You will be empowered and expected to drive marketplace success for your customer solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Product Strategy: Create and maintain a strategic roadmap for your product areas. Ensure alignment with the broader corporate strategy and effectively communicate plans to internal and external stakeholders.
• Plan and Prioritize Resources: Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to allocate and prioritize resources needed to execute on your product roadmap and the organization’s broader objectives.
• Drive Product Launch and Adoption: Lead the successful launch and manage-in-market products. Partner with go-to-market teams to generate demand, increase adoption, and improve customer engagement.
• Lead Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a central source of product and market knowledge. Drive alignment and collaboration among product, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to achieve strategic goals.
• Translate User Needs into Product Requirements: Conduct user discovery to understand complex business use cases and convert them into detailed engineering specifications. Clearly define UI/UX needs, feature prioritization, and success metrics.
• Raise the Bar: Act as a leader within the organization by mentoring team members, sharing expertise, and participating in player-coach and teaching activities to continuously elevate team performance.

About You

• Product Leader: 5-10+ years of B2B product management or related experience at software technology companies, with 2+ years focused on a B2B analytics product.
• Industry Experience: 5+ years in adtech or martech technical product management.
• Technical Understanding: Proven ability to comprehend and articulate complex data infrastructure concepts and strategic insights into market needs and customer pain points. Previous software engineering or STEM degree highly preferred.
• Customer Experience: Experience communicating and positioning value with large B2B customers.
• GTM Mindset: Experience launching and growing adoption of products by driving GTM initiatives.
• Exceptional Communication: Outstanding storytelling, writing, and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally, fostering collaboration and driving strategic alignment across diverse teams.
• Program Management: Excellence in managing multiple projects and programs simultaneously, showcasing strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize effectively, and maintain high-quality standards under tight deadlines.
