About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join RIU Plaza Manhattan  as a Front Desk Agent . In this role, you will be integral in guest service and follow up services, check in and out, delivering exceptional guest experiences, driving operational excellence. You’ll leverage your expertise in communication  to contribute to our commitment to excellence and innovation .

What You’ll Do

• Follow up on guest requests, room breakage and complaints with the guest and the corresponding department.

• Guest in house call, call after arrival, wake up calls.

• Correct registration of repeating clients (RC memberships, VIPs’, etc.).

• Follow up on guest Birthdays, Anniversaries, Honeymooners, etc.

• Assure guest attentions are delivered, RPC gifts, VIPs, etc.

• Check in / out

• Correct input of charges.

• Key control

• Correct input of any extras on invoices and payment.

• Control of cash payments and pay outs.

• Knowledge of RPC and RIU CLASS

✔️ What We’re Looking For

• Multilingual

• 1 Year of front desk experience

• Ambition and good time management

• Flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

• Gross salary:  $29.52 p/hr
