Plumbers Helper
PAC Plumbing, Heating & AC is looking for a dependable and motivated Plumber’s Helper to join our growing team. You’ll work alongside experienced plumbers and HVAC technicians who are committed to teaching and mentoring the right candidate. From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the field, learning the tools, techniques, and problem-solving skills needed to succeed in the industry. We take pride in promoting from within.
In addition to technical skills, this role also involves interacting with customers on job sites. We’re looking for someone who can communicate clearly, respectfully, and professionally, helping ensure a positive experience for every client. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist plumbers and HVAC technicians on job sites
- Transport tools, materials, and equipment as needed
- Support installation, maintenance, and repair projects
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Follow all safety protocols and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Basic familiarity with tools is helpful but not required
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliable, hardworking, and positive attitude
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to communicate professionally and courteously with customers
