Sales Floor Manager - Merchant Cash Advance (MCA)
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Sales Floor Manager with proven Merchant Cash Advance (MCA) experience to lead and scale our sales floor. This role requires someone who understands the MCA industry inside and out — deal flow, underwriting basics, stips, merchant communication, and how to run a productive, accountable team.
You will oversee a fast-paced floor of brokers, drive performance, train new hires, enforce structure, and ensure the team is submitting clean, fundable files. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced leader who knows how to maximize production and motivate a busy, high-volume MCA environment.
We also offer a bonus structure tied directly to closing ratios , giving the right manager the opportunity to significantly increase their earnings based on performance.
Duties
Team Leadership & Floor Management
- Lead, motivate, and manage a sales floor of 20–30+ MCA brokers.
- Run daily morning meetings, set goals, maintain strong floor energy, and hold brokers accountable.
- Coach and mentor new and existing brokers on scripts, pitch structure, underwriting basics, and closing strategies.
Deal Flow & Production
- Oversee all daily deal flow, ensuring brokers submit clean, complete, and organized files.
- Guide brokers on how to package deals properly (bank statements, IDs, stips, clarifications, etc.).
- Work closely with underwriting to move files forward and improve approval ratios.
- Track KPIs, call activity, lead flow, and deal submissions; implement strategies to increase production.
Training & Development
- Provide full training on MCA products, deal structure, revisions, renewals, and merchant communication.
- Help new brokers understand the full MCA lifecycle from lead to funding.
- Identify performance issues early and provide corrective coaching.
Operations & Communication
- Ensure all brokers follow company procedures for deal submissions and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of performance metrics, pipeline updates, and team progress.
- Collaborate with management to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Merchant Cash Advance industry (required).
- Minimum 1–2 years managing an MCA sales floor.
- Deep understanding of MCA products, underwriting basics, stips, submissions, and deal cycle.
- Proven ability to lead and manage 20–30+ brokers in a high-pace environment.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to coach brokers of all experience levels and elevate their performance.
- Highly organized with strong time management and follow-through.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, high-pressure environment where speed and accuracy matter.
- Must be able to maintain structure, discipline, and accountability on the floor.
