QC Systems Delivery Lead

Job Description

A large pharmaceutical client is looking for a Senior Delivery Lead to join the team in Albany, NY. This role is accountable for delivery outcomes, not just status reporting. The Delivery Lead owns flow of work, capacity alignment, and bottleneck removal across a complex, regulated LabWare project team spanning across multiple internal teams (QC, IT, QA, manufacturing) and vendors.

Skills and Requirements

• Proven delivery ownership in regulated environments (pharma, biotech, med-tech)

• Demonstrated experience:

o Managing capacity vs demand

o Actively removing delivery bottlenecks

• Delivering through multi-vendor, cross-functional complexity

• Hands-on experience using JIRA to manage flow and predictability, not just track tasks

• Strong written communication skills with executive-level clarity

• Demonstrated experience running Agile delivery rituals (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) in regulated or constrained environments

• Proven ability to adapt Agile frameworks to hybrid (Agile + waterfall) delivery models

• Experience translating execution data into clear operational and executive reporting - Experience with LabWare or other LIMS platforms

• Familiarity with:

o QC laboratory operations

o Instrument and data integrations
