A leading, nationally recognized healthcare system with hospitals across Florida and multiple other states is seeking a Manager for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Position Summary: The Manager of CVICU & PCU will provide operational and clinical leadership for cardiovascular intensive and progressive care units, ensuring exceptional patient care, team collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, staffing, and delivery of high-quality clinical care
• Collaborate with cardiology, surgical, and nursing leadership teams
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and accreditation standards
• Lead quality improvement and performance optimization initiatives
• Implement evidence-based practices and support staff education and development

Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3+ year of leadership experience in CVICU and/or PCU
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
