We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager who thrives in high-agency, high-expectation environments. You’ll succeed here if you:
- Run toward ambiguity and hard problems
- Write clearly and persuasively. Your docs, updates, and specs move decisions forward
- Operate at multiple levels: roll up your sleeves on IC work and lift to long-term strategy
- Bring energy and presence into the office every day — you’ll be alongside engineering, design, sales, and leadership
- Balance vision with detail. No problem is too small, no challenge too big
This is a high-impact seat at the table of a company that moves fast and holds the bar high
What you will do:
- Own problems end-to-end: define them, prioritize solutions, and drive delivery
- Write crisp docs and updates that align teams and enable decisions
- Partner deeply with engineering to scope, sequence, and ship
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, post-sales, design, and leadership
- Balance urgent customer needs with long-term bets
- Keep standards high — in product quality, in process, and in communication
The ideal candidate will have:
- 4–6+ years of product management experience in a technical environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a high level of polish
- Strong technical understanding of modern API design and data integration processes
- While we don’t expect PMs to pass an engineering screen, you should be comfortable discussing API design, data models, and system tradeoffs with engineers and customers
- Excellent analytical skills and a talent for creative problem-solving
- Track record of operating with autonomy and producing results
- Energy and presence that elevates the team around you
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $180,000 - $210,000
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
Benefits
- Unlimited PTO + 10 company holidays
- 100% covered health, vision, and dental insurance
- 401K Plan
- $200 one-time home office stipend
- Free dinner when working past 7pm
