Key Responsibilities:

· Process and enter customer orders accurately in our system.

· Coordinate carrier pickups and communicate with shipping partners regarding pickup times and any logistical issues.

· Print shipping labels and provide them to the warehouse.

· Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from carriers, customers, and internal departments.

· Monitor order status to ensure timely delivery and resolve any delays or discrepancies.

· Maintain accurate records of shipments and communication logs.

Qualifications:

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, order processing, or customer service preferred.

· Strong communication and organizational skills.

· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

· Proficient in basic computer tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word,

· Knowledge of shipping portals like FedEx, UPS, ShipStation preferred but not required.

· Bilingual – spoken fluency in English and Chinese required; written skills are helpful but not mandatory
