Digital Designer (On-Site, Smithtown, Long Island)
SMM Advertising, a leading, award-winning NY Metro Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a creative Digital Designer to work alongside our creative director, project management and development team to create and implement conceptual designs, 360ยบ marketing campaigns that build awareness and incite engagement.
In this role, you will:
- Design and develop digital marketing assets for integrated marketing campaigns across a variety of channels, including emails, web design, user experience design, marketing landing pages, brand identity design, social media campaigns, mobile app design, and event materials.
- Follow and design principles and brand guidelines for clients.
- Take projects from start to finish by setting and meeting milestones, collaborating with the team to ensure all goals are met, and executing and analyzing campaign effectiveness.
- Desire to always improve through self-educating on newest trends
We require:
- MUST have digital design degree and/or agency work experience in a creative position.
- Strong visual sense for high-quality creative concepts and excellence in execution .
- Ability to measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Moz)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-directed project management, providing effective time estimates and updates in progress.
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign is essential
- UX / UI experience is a plus
- After Effects and Adobe Premier fluency is a plus.
