Business senior strategy analyst

CTG is seeking to fill a Business Senior Strategy Analyst opening for our client in Buffalo, NY.

Duration: 6 months

Overview:

Provides high-level analytical support in the design, development, and communication of long-term business strategies. Works closely with business and functional experts, convenes teams to accomplish goals, and influences peers across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support planning and implementation of projects, programs, products, and initiatives to achieve business objectives.

• Maintain and develop comprehensive project documentation aligned with regulatory expectations.

• Address problems, risks, and issues; analyze data to propose feasible solutions and recommendations.

• Develop ad hoc and automated analyses/reports (workflow, project, trend, strategic), and distill findings into executive summaries.

• Adhere to all company standards, policies, and procedures, ensuring high-quality work.

• Identify risk-related issues and escalate as needed; maintain internal controls and comply with audits and regulatory requirements.

• Promote an inclusive environment that supports belonging and reflects the company brand.

• Complete other related duties as assigned.

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Collaborate across multiple business and functional teams on strategic initiatives.

• Influence project outcomes through analysis, recommendations, and documented insights.

Supervisory/Managerial Responsibilities:

• None specified; may lead project-related teams or initiatives as required.

Education and Experience Required:

• Experience documenting business requirements, processes, functional specifications, or test cases.

• Experience working on large-scale projects (e.g., system migrations, business transformation).

Education and Experience Preferred:

• Experience with Loan Servicing operations and/or technology (AFSVision, LoanIQ, Fiserv).

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
