Norwegian Speaking Remote Customer Service Representative - Work Remote
About the Role:
Are you fluent in Norwegian and looking for a career that combines professional growth with the freedom to work remotely from anywhere in the world? At Mercier Consultancy , we’re building a global network of on-demand customer service professionals, and we want you to join us!
You’ll start with an intensive 3-month training and trial program in Greece , working with one of our on-site clients to gain hands-on experience. After successfully completing the program, you’ll become part of our exclusive pool of Norwegian-speaking agents available for remote assignments with top international companies.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide exceptional customer service to Norwegian-speaking clients.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and efficiently.
- Learn and master our client systems during your training period.
- Work remotely after your training while staying connected to our global team.
- Be part of a flexible, high-performing team with opportunities to grow your career internationally.
Who We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in Norwegian (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable with digital tools and remote work.
- Motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Open to relocating to Greece for the 3-month training period.
