Business Development Manager - Medical Staffing
Job Title: Business Development Manager – Medical Staffing
Type: Full Time | Remote/Hybrid | Travel Supported
Compensation: $85,000 – $105,000 Base + Commission
The Opportunity
We are a growing medical staffing agency expanding into new states and pursuing government contracts. We are not looking for someone to fill a seat — we are looking for a hunter who sees opportunity and knows how to close it.
This is a ground floor opportunity with real earning potential and direct access to ownership. If you have the drive, the relationships, and the experience — we want to hear from you.
What You Will Do
- Build and grow relationships with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes and healthcare facilities
- Conduct outreach and close new staffing contracts
- Research and expand agency presence into new states
- Identify and submit government bids and RFPs
- Support placement of travel nurses and allied health professionals
- Report directly to ownership and help shape growth strategy
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years in medical staffing or healthcare business development
- Existing relationships with healthcare facilities preferred
- Experience with government contracts and bids a plus
- Self motivated and results driven
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Bilingual a plus
What We Offer
- Base salary $85,000 – $105,000 depending on experience
