Our E-commerce team is at the heart of crafting the entire commerce experience that connects creators, sellers, and buyers across the globe. As a Technical Sourcer on our Talent Acquisition team, you will be a key player in building the teams in the E-commerce organization. You will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent in a competitive market. More than just finding candidates, you will be a brand ambassador, ensuring every potential hire has a high-quality and welcoming experience from the very first contact. Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters across both English and Mandarin-speaking regions to deeply understand technical requirements, define candidate profiles, and calibrate on talent needs to ensure sourcing efforts are targeted and effective.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of top-tier technical talent for critical roles.
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche technical communities.
- Continuously refine and improve our sourcing processes and tools to boost efficiency, candidate quality, and the overall effectiveness of our hiring funnel.
- Support and lead various talent acquisition projects, including organizing virtual hiring events, building market intelligence reports, and developing diversity-focused sourcing initiatives.
- 2+ years of sourcing experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (in-house or agency).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to craft compelling outreach that generates high response rates from a technical audience.
- Experience with sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and other social media, or technical forums.
- Outstanding organizational skills and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and sourcing pipelines effectively.
- Experience hiring for Product Management, Design, Strategy, or Data Science.
- A data-driven mindset, with experience using metrics to inform sourcing strategy and measure success.
