Our agency opened in 2022 and currently has a growing team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and previously owned a construction company, which gave me valuable experience in leadership, customer relationships, and running a business. Im a graduate of Thomas Aquinas College and a proud husband and father of twelve. Our family loves spending time outdoors - hiking, enjoying the local lake, and hosting friends and gatherings whenever we can. Were also proud to support our local community and sponsor several charitable organizations throughout town. As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Zach Clark - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. - Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
