Startup Operator & Executive Assistant
is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable Part-Time Operations & Executive Assistant based in New York City.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in creative environments, enjoys working across multiple projects, and is excited to support a growing contemporary art platform focused on artists, collectors, and cultural experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event coordination and production
- Support collector and artist communications
- Manage scheduling, logistics, and administrative tasks
- Help organize outreach and follow-up systems
- Assist with content capture and creative operations
- Support project management across ongoing initiatives
- Maintain organization across internal workflows
Qualifications
- Based in New York City
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and proactive
- Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments
- Interest in art, culture, or creative industries preferred
- Teachable, resourceful, and reliable
