About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, experienced Executive Director to lead a thriving senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care services. You will guide a high-performing team, drive operational excellence, and ensure residents receive the exceptional experience they deserve.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all daily operations across IL, AL, PC, and Memory Care
• Consistently drive occupancy to 90%–98%
• Ensure full compliance with state regulations and internal quality standards
• Build, mentor, and empower a strong clinical and operational team
• Champion an outstanding resident experience and uphold a top-tier community reputation

What You Bring

• 3–4 years of proven success as an Executive Director in senior living
• Experience across Independent Living, Memory Care, and Personal Care
• Strong clinical understanding and operational leadership
• Demonstrated ability to maintain high occupancy and deliver exceptional outcomes
