Tully Hill is accepting applications for an experienced professional to join our team as Admission Specialist . Will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating the admission process by conducting the initial telephone screening, ascertaining insurance coverage, facilitating referrals, scheduling evaluation appointments, assessing and evaluating potential patients, contacting payers to obtain treatment authorization, communicating patient financial responsibilities, interviewing patients’ family members or agencies to gather collateral information and documenting pertinent patient information into electronic medical record. Will work collaboratively with all departments to achieve the best outcomes for patients and families. Full Time or Part Time. Monday – Friday 8am – 4:30pm. Additional hours may be required occasionally for admissions in process.

Qualified candidates will have the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a fast paced environment. Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills required. Bachelor degree in human services or equivalent experience, CASAC-Trainee certification or above or other NYS Qualified Health Professional preferred, 2+ years SUD treatment experience preferred, demonstrable knowledge of substance use disorder, 12-Step philosophy and knowledge of commercial insurance preferred

Salary Range - $19.00 – 24.00/hour
The salary range is provided in accordance with NYS law and is based on Tully Hill’s good faith belief of what is accurate at the time of posting. Tully Hill considers factors including, but not limited to, the position and associated responsibilities, market and business considerations, as well as the candidate’s education/training, credentials, and work experience.

Pay: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
