Trinity Medical, WNY, is seeking a full time Board Certified/Eligible Primary Care Physician in Buffalo, NY for our Sisters Health Center – D’Youville HUB location.

• Annual salary range: $285,000+ productivity

Key Requirements

• B/C or B/E in Family or Internal Medicine
• Candidate must have current, unrestricted, New York State license or NYS Licensure in progress and active on date of hire
• The candidate must have current, unrestricted, federal, and as needed state prescriptive authority.
