Barista
Caffe Tusk at The Evelyn Hotel is seeking skilled, reliable Baristas who take pride in quality, consistency, and hospitality.
This role is about more than making coffee — it’s about creating a welcoming experience while maintaining high standards in every drink and every interaction.
Core Responsibilities Coffee & Beverage Preparation
Prepare espresso drinks and coffee with consistency and attention to detail
Dial in espresso and maintain quality throughout the day
Follow all recipes and standards for beverages and prep
Station Readiness
Set up and organize your station before service
Handle all opening and closing duties properly
Keep all tools, equipment, and products stocked and ready
Service & Hospitality
Greet and engage guests in a warm, professional manner
Take orders accurately and work efficiently during busy periods
Maintain a clean, calm, and welcoming environment
Professional Standards
No phone use during service
Maintain clean and proper uniform every shift
Stay organized, focused, and accountable
Cleanliness & Quality Control
Keep machines, tools, and workspace clean at all times
Follow all labeling, storage, and freshness standards
Ideal Candidate2–4 years of barista or café experience preferred
Strong espresso and milk skills
Works well in a fast-paced, structured environment
Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
Positive attitude and team-focused
