education: No Degree Required Responsibilities
- Precision Soldering: Perform complex hand soldering of through-hole and surface mount (SMT) components onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
- Component Installation: Populate boards according to technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
- Mechanical Assembly: Assemble electronic housings, including wire routing, connector installation, and potting processes.
- Standards Adherence: Ensure every assembly meets J-STD-001 and IPC-A-610 Class 3 standards.
- Rework & Repair: Identify and correct soldering defects or component misalignments using de-soldering tools and microscopes.
