A well-established, refined restaurant in the Hudson Valley is conducting a confidential search for an Executive Chef to lead and elevate its culinary program. This role is ideal for a chef who values discipline, consistency, and thoughtful execution within a professional kitchen culture.

This chef will have a voice in shaping the culinary identity
Two consecutive days off built into the schedule

Clear expectations and accountability
Lead all kitchen operations with a focus on quality and consistency
Execute and refine a cohesive, elevated menu
Maintain disciplined food cost, inventory, and waste control
Train, mentor, and manage a professional BOH team
Uphold sanitation, organization, and operational excellence
Collaborate with ownership to drive continuous improvement
Executive Chef or strong Head Chef experience in an upscale or fine-dining environment
Demonstrated ability to lead with standards, not ego
Strong grasp of classic technique with modern sensibility
Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Calm, consistent leadership style
